Community Partnerships & Resident Companies – Subsidized support for resident groups like La Vuelta and Tus Tías Productions.
Educational & Youth Engagement – School partnerships, workshops, and programs that connect theater to organizing and advocacy.
Neighborhood Economic Activation – Teatro Thursdays/Sundays and local business partnerships.
Capital & Cultural Hub Development – Establishing the new Performing Arts Center on Paseo Boricua as a permanent home.
